Recruitment Apprenticeships in 2021

  • Publish Date:

There’s never been a year like 2020.

It forced us all to adapt and to rethink how we work and interact. Not only with our customers, but internally with our colleagues.

NRG and greenbean has always been committed to supporting the professional development of our people. This has remained high on our agenda despite the challenges of lockdown and remote working. In honour of National Apprenticeship Week, we want to share how we have adapted to best support our team.

Industry recognised qualifications in Recruitment

We have changed our approach to training and development in the new virtual world we find ourselves in. We've sourced an apprenticeship provider who has enabled us to continue to offer apprenticeships in recruitment. This is all now virtual, COVID secure, and completely remote.

This month, we’ve enrolled another cohort of team members onto recruitment apprenticeships. This will see them all achieve formal qualifications and industry recognised CertRP status.  A valuable qualification for any recruiter to hold. The qualification body work with our learners to help find an approach that works for them. Study fits into their current schedule with plenty of support offered by line managers to help colleagues manage their workload.

REC (recruitment and employment confederation) allows people at all stages of their recruitment career to progress to the next level and learn valuable skills to benefit their standing in the industry.

It was important for us to find a safe way to provide career development opportunities and continuing investing in people’s long-term goals.

Our people agenda remains high priority

It’s hugely important to us all at NRG and greenbean that our people agenda remains high on our list of priorities regardless of external challenges and changes. We’re dedicated to supporting our staff and their career goals. We offer apprenticeship opportunities in recruitment, and business administration.
