Associate Director

Catherine is Associate Director of HR Services and brings over 20 years of recruitment experience starting in finance, Marketing, corporate services, and business support, and for the past five years she has specialised in HR & Development building strong relationships with businesses across the North East. Having placed junior to senior level HR professionals across the UK, she is dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to attracting top talent. Market knowledge is key when working with HR professionals and understanding exactly what they need and aligning this to meet expectations.

Working with Catherine this year has been fantastic. In particular I had a non-standard Payroll & HR Systems Manager role to fill and knew it would be tricky finding a candidate with technical expertise who would also be a strong fit into the team and culture. The candidates selected by Catherine were all of a really high calibre and that's testament to the time she took to really understand the business and listen to what we needed. Not all recruiters do this and it was a pleasure to see. We couldn't be happier with our latest team member and don't know how we managed before she joined.

Catherine placed me into my current role which is something I'm very grateful for. Throughout the process she was organised, efficient and explained everything well to me. She valued my time, set me up for interviews and adapted when circumstances changed. The entire NRG team were also excellent too.
