Julie plays a pivotal role at NRG and our sister company, Greenbean, leading marketing and business engagement strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive client partnerships, and position us as leaders in recruitment solutions. She oversees our recruitment marketing initiatives, working closely with clients to craft compelling attraction campaigns that highlight their employer value proposition and help them compete in today’s talent market.

Beyond marketing, Julie drives our Talking Talent virtual and in-person events, connecting industry leaders, HR professionals, business stakeholders, and academia. These events foster collaboration, tackle critical business challenges, and support ongoing professional development, helping to shape a more inclusive workforce and drive sustainable economic growth.

Industry Recognition and Awards Expertise

Julie is highly regarded across multiple sectors for her extensive business knowledge. As the lead judge for the North East Contact Centre Awards for over 10 years, she is often invited to support in judging other industry awards, where her expertise adds significant value.

Championing Charitable and Community Initiatives

She also manages our charitable partnerships with Smart Works Newcastle and Suitability by Society Matters, helping individuals return to the workplace through coaching and access to interview-appropriate clothing.

Building Strategic Partnerships for Growth

Julie plays a key role in forging strategic partnerships with inward investment agencies to attract new businesses to the region. She also works closely with industry bodies, membership organisations, and educational institutions to champion thought leadership and innovation in the evolving world of work.
