We are passionate about helping young people prepare for their future careers. Through our World of Work programme, we offer employability support to secondary school students, including mentoring, CV advice, and interview preparation, helping to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Charity and Community Engagement

We are proud to support Smart Works Newcastle and Suitability by Society Matters CIC. These partnerships provide practical support for individuals preparing to re-enter the workplace, including interview coaching, mentoring, and clothing donations. Our Head Office is home to one of the region’s first external donation stations, helping to expand access to these vital services.
