Leanne Chambers is the Managing Director of NRG and Greenbean, bringing dynamic leadership to the North East business ecosystem.
Drawing on her extensive knowledge and expertise, Leanne works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Whether it's a single key hire or building a high-performing team from scratch, Leanne has the vision, creativity, and determination to lead her team to deliver results.
In March 2024, Leanne was appointed to the regional council of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), leveraging her strategic insight to drive regional economic development. She is also actively engaged with the North East Chamber of Commerce and inward investment agencies, working to attract and support new businesses in the North East region.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two children, and a lively 4-year-old Cavapoochon named Buddy. Her weekends revolve around football, as her football-mad husband cheers on his team, while Leanne takes on the role of Soccer Mum, supporting both her children as they play for their local teams. And when the games are done, she still finds time to relax with a glass of Prosecco!
