Smart Works is a UK charity that provides high quality interview clothes and interview training to unemployed women in need. They have a team of over 350 trained volunteers across the UK who deliver award-winning service to clients – skilled, compassionate and brilliant people who dedicate their time to empower women to succeed.

About Helen Boyd
Helen joined Smart Works Newcastle in 2019 following a move back home to Newcastle. Helen runs the Smart Works Newcastle service for clients, managing volunteers and looking after relationships with referral partners. Helen has over 10 years’ experience in the charity sector working at Social Enterprise, CAN as Executive Assistant prior to joining Smart Works.
