Kieran Thompson will take the spotlight at July's virtual meet-up of 'Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the North East'.
Keiran is Head of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion at Cundall and has been instrumental in driving Cundall's industry-leading diversity and inclusion agenda which was recently celebrated with their win at the CIPD North East of England Awards.
Keiran will walk us through Cundall's journey towards excellence in diversity and inclusion. He will share some of the steps they have taken including how their leaders are held accountable for demonstrating the inclusive leadership needed to drive change.

About Kieran
Having joined Cundall in 2014 to set up their in-house recruitment team, Kieran began his role as Head of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion in April 2019 and has been instrumental in driving Cundall’s industry leading diversity and inclusion agenda.
A chartered member of the CIPD, Kieran is a long-time advocate for equality and justice. He has drawn upon his talent management experience across private, public, and third sectors as well as his personal involvement in social movements to inform Cundall’s diversity and inclusion strategy; Valuing Diversity. Kieran is qualified as Neurodiversity Aware® and currently studying for his MSc in Inequalities and Society, specialising in intersectional theory, LGBT rights, and social movements.
