About the role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Onsite Technician to join a leading employer based in Newcastle. You will provide expert technical support across the organisation, managing incidents and requests related to the workplace IT environment. As a Senior Onsite Technician, you will ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and procedures while delivering top-quality service
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as a proximity support expert for IT-related matters, including computers, printers, meeting rooms, onboarding/offboarding processes, inventory management, and licensing.
Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and KPIs.
Install and configure IT equipment and devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, across both Windows and iOS environments.

For this role you should ideally have:
Advanced technical knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
