About the role
As a vital member of the Infrastructure Team, your role will involve overseeing the functionality and continual enhancement of the company's essential IT and communication systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engage with various teams, and coordinate with suppliers as needed to establish and uphold top-tier IT systems and support services.
Key Responsibilities of the role
Network service management -You will provide continuous support and monitoring for the overall IT network Meeting agreed SLAs
Continuity Management - You will be facilitating service continuity support, Assessing risks to system availability, integrity and confidentiality
Information Security - responsible for implementing and maintaining IT security controls, Escalating risks or vulnerabilities when necessary
Cyber Essentials+ - Collaborate with IT team to ensure compliance with the Cyber Essentials + Standard
Change Management Following the organisation’s change management procedure for all changes to live infrastructure components, Cover requests for change (RFC) from implementation to review
Asset Management- Assist in managing the inventory of IT assets
Out-of-hours support - As part of the infrastructure “on call” team, you will provide cover and respond to alerts outside of office hours when needed
