As a Developer within this team, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide advanced technical support for issues raised through the technical helpdesk, working with both internal and external customers.
Monitor applications to ensure successful daily processing.
Maintain application suite using technologies such as C# .NET, Oracle, Linux, and Unix.
Probe problems and collaborate with the Development, DBA, and Solution Architecture teams to deliver solutions.
What you’ll bring:
Strong knowledge of C# .NET and SQL.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to explain solutions tailored to the audience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to provide effective solutions.
Experience in supporting multiple applications.
A willingness to learn and expand on existing skills and technologies.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement in relation to the team, self, processes, and systems.
