HR Advisor

About the role

We are partnering with a public sector organisation in Newcastle who have an exciting opportunity to add a HR Advisor to the team. The role works closely with the People Partner and will provide HR support across the business.

The role involves:

  • Supporting employee well-being and absence management

  • Employee relations from initial stage to case management

  • Performance management

  • Project work including recruitment, on-boarding, rewards and benefits

  • Guiding and coaching managers

  • Employee lifecycle

  • Supporting and reporting on a range of HR issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards

  • Previous experience in a Generalist role
