About the role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our clients team, supporting business transformation through innovative technology solutions. This role will drive application-focused transformation programs and requires strong skills in stakeholder management, technical strategy alignment, and collaborative integration.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of application-related transformation programs.
Build consensus on technical strategy and solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate across departments, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and security requirements.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and problem-solving across teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements:
Strong background in applications architecture.
Expertise in design, customer engagement, requirements analysis, and agile delivery.
Proficiency in solution design, technical and security governance, project delivery (agile and waterfall), risk management, and cost estimation.
Experience in integration, business analysis, change delivery, and cost modelling.
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of public sector procurement processes, ideally with Competitive Dialogue experience.
Familiarity with public sector projects, with justice sector experience as a plus.
