David has recently joined NRG's Tech team, specialising in Data and Analytics recruitment. With over a year of experience in the US market, he brings expertise in both permanent and contract roles, covering a wide range of technical and functional positions. David’s meticulous approach ensures he understands the unique needs of both clients and candidates alike.

Originally from rural Northumberland, David has lived in North Tyneside for the past four years and is excited to work with clients throughout the Northeast of England and Scotland.

"Launched in 2017, Valens Medical Partnership is a patient led Primary Care Network group made up of 8 GP practices. We engaged NRG to carry out a search to identify suitable candidates for the role of Managing Director. We sought to recruit a values-focused candidate that could quickly and effectively establish and embed best practice principles around patient care - whilst also providing the strategic leadership necessary to drive the Partnership forwards.NRG conducted a detailed search, providing us with target candidates and the ability to shape the scope and direction of the search in line with our expectations around strength and suitability of the candidates shortlisted. The candidates presented for interview had backgrounds from outside the sector as well those with healthcare experience. NRG helped us undertake an effective and open assessment process from which we were able to select a strong candidate new to healthcare with strong logistics and supply chain skills with a specific focus on process and systems to underpin a high performing team."
