Role Overview:
We're seeking an inspiring Business Development Manager to drive client engagement and growth through strategic sales, marketing, and lead generation. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships, and craft compelling proposals to secure business with both large multinationals and ambitious SMEs.
With a strong grasp of the digital sector, you'll confidently discuss complex tech projects, aligning solutions to client needs. Your role includes outbound targeting, inbound lead nurturing, and orchestrating marketing campaigns that set us apart. Experience in tender evaluation and bid writing, particularly in public sector procurement, is a plus.
You'll ensure our client’s business development strategy aligns with company goals, actively generate leads, manage enquiries, and report on campaign performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in business development, preferably within the technology / digital space.
Deep understanding of digital solutions, with the ability to convey their value to a range of audiences.
Strong writing skills, capable of crafting compelling proposals and tender responses.
Excellent self-organization and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of online marketing and social media strategy.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to represent the organisaton at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Passionate about digital technology with the ability to understand client needs and clearly explain how digital solutions can address them.
Knowledgeable in presenting and marketing digital development services effectively.
Proven experience in creating and executing successful business development strategies within a creative space.
Skilled at analysing market trends and customer needs to uncover new growth opportunities.
Ability to create original, engaging content highlights what makes our client unique through portfolio pieces, client communications, social media etc.
