About the role
Location: Hybrid – Middlesbrough (must be UK-based and able to work regularly from the Middlesbrough office)
Our client is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join their property valuation team. This role plays a key part in supporting their mission to provide comprehensive and professional property valuation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs, developing tailored reports to support decision-making.
Act as a champion for data within the business.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategy.
Create and maintain dashboard reports using BI tools (training provided).
Manage and organise data processes across the organisation.
Document existing data workflows to ensure compliance and consistency.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-related projects.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Proficiency in Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with data governance and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable: Data engineering skills or experience managing data pipelines.
