About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to shape and drive a company’s culture in a fast-growing global tech business? We are recruiting for a Head of People & Culture to lead engagement, talent, and development initiatives while ensuring best-in-class people practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to promote company culture and boost employee engagement through communication and onboarding.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, including graduate schemes, apprenticeships, and recruitment systems.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organise courses, and implement learning opportunities across the business.

  • Employee Relations (ER): Manage ER cases, oversee processes, facilitate meetings, and support managers and employees.

  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure people policies and procedures are kept up to date and aligned with best practice.

  • Line Manager Support: Advise and coach managers on employment regulations and HR best practices.

  • Employee Wellbeing: Provide additional support to employees to help them thrive and grow beyond standard line management.

What You’ll Need:
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels

  • Ability to work respectfully with diverse teams and perspectives

  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience in setting up HR systems from scratch
