Temporary HR Administrator – 3-Month Contract
Location: Sunderland
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months – 37.5 hours - hybrid
Salary: £12.26 p/h
We're currently working with a client who is in the middle of implementing a brand-new HR system and looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their friendly, supportive HR team during this exciting transition period.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident with HR admin processes, enjoys variety, and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general HR administrative support across the team
Assist with employee lifecycle documentation (starters, leavers, contracts, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Support with HR queries from employees and line managers
Help the team stay organised and on top of tasks during the system implementation
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role
Confident handling confidential data and maintaining accuracy
A proactive attitude – someone who enjoys being helpful and keeping things moving
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Comfortable adapting to change during a busy transition period
