About the role
We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join a leading Leisure and Hospitality business in the West Midlands Region. The Regional Operations Manager will help drive staff engagement and operational performance through strong leadership, positive communication, and regular coaching.
In addition to a basic salary of up to £70,000 you will receive a car or car allowance, annual performance-related bonus, enhanced maternity/paternity packages, healthcare, life assurance and so much more.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in reviewing regional P&L, formulate budgets, analyse , and monitor financial performance.
Monitoring the performance of the business and to recommend strategic change to the Regional Operations Director.
Supporting and delive rthe business strategy, annual action plans to achieve business growth and the company objectives.
Conduct regular, documented management meetings and1-2-1’s to ensure effective communication of business updates and objectives.
Increasing growth and profitability of the business from the current level through monitoring store performance
Previous experience in customer experience, continuous improvement, and process improvement
Experience managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills at all levels
About You:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Confident phone manner
Ability to multi-task and move between tasks using prioritisation
Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
Have fantastic organisational and time management skills, as well as good verbal and communication skills
People management skills to develop your team and improve their performance
Problem-solving skills
