Norma Laidler provides invaluable administrative support to the Executive Search & Selection team.

Having been with the business for over 14 years, she's the 'go to' person at NRG and well-loved by everyone.

Norma loves her holidays and enjoys spending time with her large close-knit family and hopes to be able to travel to Australia again shortly to visit her daughter.

We recently worked with NRG on the appointment of our new Chief Executive at the Chamber. This was a challenging appointment as our expectations were high and James Ramsbotham was an exceptional act to follow.

"In line with our continued transformation we asked NRG to help us appoint two Non-Executive Directors to complement our existing Board members, and who would crucially share our Trust values and a passion for continuous improvement.We were keen to identify people likely to engage and inspire our staff, as well as work as part of a strong executive & non executive leadership team. Across two separate projects we asked NRG to explore candidates with experience within senior clinical leadership to drive improvements to the quality of care we deliver to our patients; and ii) within human resources with knowledge of transformational change involving staff across a large organisation.NRG assembled strong shortlists in relation to both roles and helped with a virtual interview and assessment process due to the government restrictions in place at the time. We are pleased to say that the Trust were able to appoint high calibre candidates across both roles."
