 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.

• Support in building and maintaining relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.

• Assist with land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.

• Help ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some exposure or interest in Quantity Surveying or the construction industry 

• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

• A Full UK driving license and a flexible attitude to business needs.
