Are you an HR generalist looking for an opportunity to be part of a supportive team?
We have the exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client, a Charity in Gateshead.
The role offers a varied workload in a ‘real’ generalist capacity and you must have a strong ER caseload background.

You will be responsible for:
Employee Relations across the business UK wide
Supporting existing employees, handling their people-related requests.
Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor.
Supporting with projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of their HR services.
What do we need?
Ideally you will be at least CIPD level 5 qualified and have worked in a fast-paced team environment.
